Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

An important update from Your Image 2 Canvas

As the coronavirus continues to impact all of us, we wanted to give you an update on our position.

We have transitioned to a skeleton work force. We are a small family run online business, but we have decided to keep the business running with one staff member (one of our Directors) to protect our staff and family as best we can.

Considering this, we have made a decision to temporarily suspend telephone lines in order focus on processing orders in our normal timescales.

Please be mindful when ordering, that we have one person multitasking all roles. They have become a one-man band overnight; they will continue to deal with email enquiries, sizing up orders to ensure they are perfect before print, hand stretching each individual canvas before wrapping ready for dispatch. We will always aim to fulfil orders in our normal timescales but in rare cases in could take a little longer so please bear with us.

We want to reassure all our customers that we are taking steps to make sure that business continues as usual and that our service is of the highest standard and that the well-being of our customers and employees remains our main priority. We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure we are doing all we can to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19 by stepping up health and safety efforts in our warehouse by implementing frequent daily cleaning, skeleton staff and reduction of access to our warehouse. We are following the guidelines and recommendations from the government and will continue to do so.

And finally, we want to thank you for your continued support! Small businesses are part of every community, and we are all facing hardship in these unprecedented times. So please continue to support your local businesses!
