But what does this really mean? We try to keep it simple, so you know exactly how it works; it means if you are not happy with your print or if there is anything wrong with the product?

We will replace your if you prefer, or we will give you your money back if you let us know withing 30 days of receiving it.

There a few T&C's which are:

1. We need to know within 30 days from the date of your order

2. We offer Money Back Guarantees on orders upto £100

3. Money Back Guarantee is applicable to the quality of the print during the manufacture process, it does not cover delays incured due to couriers

4. It does not cover specifications being ordered incorrectly


What to do if you are not happy with the quality?

If you are unhappy with the quality of the print(s) you have received please do the following:

1. Email us images of the print(s) you are unhappy with and an explanation of the issue to sales@yourimage2canvas.co.uk along with your order number

2. Our team will take a look and if they are happy to honour the money back guarantee they will ask you make the print unusable by making a cut /mark along the front face of the print. You will need to show this by emailing images over to illustrate the prints are now useable.

3. We will ask whether you would like a replacement or a refund

4. We will get this processed asap to put a smile back on your face
