Guarantee Terms
Our Money Back Guarantee applies to manufacturing and print quality issues on eligible orders.

You must contact us within 30 days from the date of your order.

The guarantee applies to orders up to £100 in value.

It covers print quality issues caused during the manufacturing process. It does not cover courier delays.

It does not cover products ordered incorrectly, including wrong sizes, designs, specifications or personalisation details.
What To Do
Email Our Team
Email clear photos of the print, your order number and a short explanation of the issue to sales@yourimage2canvas.co.uk.
We Review The Issue
Our team will check the photos and details provided. If the guarantee is approved, we may ask you to make the print unusable by placing a cut or permanent mark across the front face.
Send Confirmation
You’ll need to email us images showing the print has been made unusable, so we can process the claim without needing the item returned.
Replacement Or Refund
Once approved, we’ll ask whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund, then get it processed as quickly as possible.
