This is just a brief snap shot of a day at Ultra Print; we produce on average around 100 canvas prints a day in this room from clients own image. This workshop is about 2500sq ft the majority of the space is used to store the finished product until pick up by the delivery company. We also have tech room were all the images are processed by a designer to get the best out of your image and we also have a large office room. I will talk more about them in another post but for now this is the main room. Once the image is sized your picture will be transferred over to the rip computer, This is where the most important factor of canvas printing takes place the image is ripped by our ONYX rip to ensure every detail of your image is preserved and that it is ready to go on what media we want it to print on which in the majority of cases is canvas. Each image that comes off the printers as a frame made specifically to fit that one image so the without bleeds our without bleeds with no image on the side just on the front, the way they should be. Our frames are not mass produced they are built in house by our expert joiners and undergo many stages to get them just perfect. Firstly our solid pine wood is bevelled on a 4mm bevel on 1 corner to get a smooth inner edge, all knots cut out before it goes into storage and kiln dried ready to be made into high quality canvas print frames to ensure your frame never warp.

Every aspect of canvas printing is undergone in house under one roof ensuring that we can not only dispatch in the 24 hours but most of all our always of the same high quality, Guaranteed! We are passionate about ethically sourced materials, from the finest cotton canvas and the finest solid pine wood for our canvas frames, all sourced from managed forests, and all our waste recycled. We care deeply about all of this; our work is never done. Our canvas prints will be hung in our customers’ homes for years to come, they have to be perfect!

This office space is where the majority of orders are sized up; these computers are all installed with state of art software to ensure your photo to canvas print always comes out perfect. This room is where it all begins; Weather you have ordered online by telephone or Email, your order will pass through this room. We talk to customers throughout the day, we even send Emails while there on the phone to ensure there canvas print is cropped the way they want it. Each computer is run through 3 monitors, we do have a large work load so allows us to run multiple tasks at the same time, especially when were answering queries and giving general sales advice on the phones, allows us to answer your question as quickly as possible.
