Product Information
Due to the way we manufacture our framed prints 5mm of your image will placed behind the frame or mount. This allows us to get a perfect finish with no white space showing on your print.
Size
We offer 10 sizes depending on whether you select a square or rectangle template the sizes would be:
8 x 8inch / A5 – 5.8 x 8.3inch
12 x 12inch / A4 – 8.3 x 11.7inch
16 x 16inch / A3 – 11.7 x 16.5inch
24 x 24inch / A2 – 16.5 x 23.4inch
33 x 33inch / A1 – 23.4 x 33.1inch
Media
You can select your artwork to be printed on 230gsm matt photopaper or 280gsm canvas and finished in a picture frame with the frame style you select.
Frame Style
The artwork will be printed at the size you select with the frame then added on top of this so the overall size will be bigger than the size you select.

Frame Mount
This is a piece of card that sits around your artwork and the frame itself. It can be used for decoration and to add a border to your artwork.
You can select to have no mount at all and just have the frame sitting around your artwork.
A single mount is a card border at a size of 55 mm (+/- 5mm tolerance) all the way around your artwork.
A large mount is a card border at a size of 75 mm (+/- 5mm tolerance) all the way around your artwork.
The size you order is artwork size, so the frame and mount will sit around this artwork size. Therefore, the overall size will be bigger than the artwork size you select.
Mount Colour
You can select your artwork to be printed on 230gsm matt photopaper or 280gsm canvas and finished in a picture frame with the frame style you select.
Print Colour
We offer three colour options when you create your own canvas with us:
Original – exactly the same colour as your original photo
Sepia – for a beautiful, traditional finish using brown tones
Black and white – for stylish and atmospheric images by converted your image to a black and white format printed with no colour.
Design team tip: The colours in the print may vary to what you see on screen as monitors can be calibrated differently. Our printers are profiled to match the true colours in an image as closely as possible. Monitors are also powered by list so images can appear lighter and brighter on screen then the final product. If you would like to see a sample of your artwork before printing, we can arrange so a small unframed sample to be posted to you for £1, please contact us to arrange.
