Shopping With Us
By placing an order with Your Image 2 Canvas, you confirm that the images uploaded belong to you or that you have permission to use them. Orders are only accepted once payment has been received and production has begun.
Product images, colours and sizes shown throughout the website are intended as a guide only and may vary slightly depending on screen settings and product finishes.
Personalised Products
All products are handmade to order using the images and specifications selected during checkout. As products are personalised, returns are only accepted where an item arrives damaged or faulty.
Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded images are suitable quality before ordering. We recommend larger, higher resolution images for the best print results.
Delivery Information
Orders placed before the stated cut-off times are usually dispatched quickly from our UK workshop. Delivery timeframes may vary during busy periods, promotional events and public holidays.
Courier tracking information will be sent where available. Once dispatched, delivery timings remain the responsibility of the courier network.
Reprints & Support
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within the stated timeframe so our team can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where appropriate, replacement products may be issued using the original artwork and specifications supplied during the original order process.
