Photographer Profile - Tony Bowall

Tony Bowall photographer originally from London, now based on the South Coast of England in Hove is famous for his images of Brighton and Hove, depicting the beautiful multi coloured beach huts that line the sea front.

Tony has always proclaimed as being “Self taught” he focused primarily on making “Cibachrome” prints from slides at the Camerawork Community Darkrooms in London’s Bethnal Green. Then moved onto colour negatives and now all of Tony’s work is all done digitally. He now holds the Fellowship of the Royal Photographic Society – the Society’s highest Distinction for five years running. Recently Tony has had one of his images selected for exhibition at the prestigious and world famous London Salon of Photography. His work is regularly showcased at the London Salon as well as many other well respected National and International photography events.

As well as being a member of the Fellowship of the Royal Photographic Society Tony is also Vice President of Brighton and Hove Camera Club and he is a member of Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce and Hove Business Association.

Tony has always used yourimage2canvas for his canvas printing needs and this is what he had to say about them:

"I am a professional fine art photographer as well as vice-president of my local (150 member) camera club which is one of the largest in the UK.

Following a recommendation from another photographer, I have been using Ultraprint (yourimage2canvas) for almost a year now and have ordered at least 20 canvases, with the largest being around six feet long.

I just want to say that the quality of the canvas prints is superb, the next day delivery wonderfully efficient and the cost marvellous!! In addition to this I have found their customer service to be best of any company that I deal with and I mean that seriously.

Whenever I have a query the phone is answered every time by a human being, not a machine, and all of my questions are answered immediately. Follow up service is equally impressive.

I plan to continue to work with Ultraprint (yourimage2canvas) for the foreseeable future and have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly"
