We hate to say this, but we’re unable to accept returns on your canvas photos, because they’re a made-to-order product so therefore don’t fall under the same return policy rules as general, non-bespoke products.
However, your satisfaction is of course essential, so if you receive an incorrect canvas or if it arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll put things right by reprinting and sending a replacement out as soon as we can! We do not refund damaged prints, we reprint them.
Of course if it arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to reprint to the original specifications providing you let us know within 14 days of receipt.
Reprints are at our discretion, and we’re afraid that we won’t reprint an order that has been fulfilled to your requirements. It’s up to the customer to ensure the specifications selected are correct before ordering – and if you’re a bit stuck or need some help, you can contact us by email or telephone for advice on the ordering process, and to check quality and sizing before ordering to ensure the specifications suit your needs.
If an order is placed we assume the specifications chosen are what is required and will print as best we can with the requirements chosen. If we believe the size you choose is of the wrong proportions, depth or bleed of the canvas we may alter some of the design aspects without prior notice to keep the composure of your canvas print. We would only ever do this to make the canvas better NOT worse!
We recommend that images are selected carefully prior to purchasing as we can’t provide refunds and will only reprint a canvas if the original one we send you is faulty. It’s the customers’ responsibility to provide a good quality image; if you’re unsure, we’re available by email or phone before purchasing to check this for you.
