Can I Leave My Canvas Safe?

If you’d like your canvas leaving somewhere safe or with a neighbour, please ask!

The canvases are sent on a signed for service and need someone available for delivery unless you specify to us that it’s ok to leave in a certain place.

Please bear in mind that we can’t replace any orders that you’ve given permission to leave in a safe place – it’s your responsibility, so make sure it really is safe!

We’ll pass the information onto our couriers who should carry out these instructions – but please don’t blame us if these instructions are not carried out, as it’s out of our hands!
