My Canvas Has Been Returned To The Sender, What Should I Do?

Orders that are returned tend to be due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Failure to collect from the depot
  • Provision of incorrect addresses

In order for us to re-despatch your canvas, we need to take payment of £5.99 to cover the cost of postage and packaging.

You can call our lovely, friendly team on 0808 917 9990 and someone will get this sorted for you. We’ll hold the print for at least 3 months to give consumers time to contact us – however, if we’ve had no contact after this timeframe to re-despatch, we’re afraid that we’ll have to dispose of it!
