The information involved depends on how you use the website, whether you create an account and whether you place an order or contact us. It may include:

Payment-card processing is handled through Shopify and the relevant payment providers. YI2C does not store your complete card details.

Handling it matters to us.
Uploaded photographs or supplied artwork may need to be processed to assess suitability, prepare the selected crop and format, produce the personalised print, show an order preview, support an order or resolve a production problem.
Relevant private technical services may be used to support production and fulfilment. Artwork may be securely retained where needed for production and customer support. The period involved depends on the relevant operational and legal circumstances; this summary does not promise a universal deletion date.
04 / PAYMENTS
Payment without storing your complete card details.
Shopify powers the online store, and payments are processed through Shopify and the relevant payment providers. YI2C receives the information needed to confirm and support a transaction, but does not store the customer’s complete payment-card details.

Appropriate information may be processed by providers supporting the online store, payments, hosting, private artwork storage, operational email, fraud prevention and delivery. Shopify also collects and processes information as described in the complete Privacy Policy.
Some providers may process information outside the UK, subject to the arrangements explained in the complete Privacy Policy. We do not publish a simplified list here that could become incomplete or misleading.
06 / COMMUNICATIONS
Orders, marketing and cookies are not the same thing.
Order and service messages
Messages needed to confirm, produce, deliver or support an order are operational communications.
Optional marketing
Promotional emails are separate. You can use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop receiving them.
