What we collect
We collect the information needed to run the store, make and deliver your order, provide customer support and meet our legal obligations. This can include your contact details, delivery and billing details, order information, artwork files, communications and information about how you use the website.
How we use it
- To process payment and fulfil your order.
- To prepare, print and securely retain artwork where needed for production and support.
- To arrange delivery and send order updates.
- To answer questions, resolve problems and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements.
Payments and service providers
Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full card details. We use trusted service providers where necessary to host the store and application, store artwork privately, send operational email and deliver orders.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information where UK data-protection law allows. You can also withdraw marketing consent at any time.
