Terms of service

These terms apply when you use yourimage2canvas.co.uk or place an order with Ultra Print Ltd, trading as Your Image 2 Canvas (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. Our products

We produce personalised canvas prints, posters, framed prints, Word Art, collages and other made-to-order products using the photographs, wording and options supplied or approved by you.

Product photographs and previews are illustrative. Colours can appear slightly different between screens and printed materials. Small variations may also occur because our products are individually printed, finished and assembled.

2. Your photographs and wording

You are responsible for checking that:

  • You have permission to use every photograph, image, design and piece of wording you supply.

  • Names, dates, spelling and other personalised details are correct.

  • The selected crop, orientation, size, colour and product options are suitable.

  • Your files do not infringe another person’s copyright, privacy or other rights.

You keep ownership of your photographs. You give us permission to store, process, reproduce and adapt them only as reasonably necessary to fulfil your order, provide customer support and meet our legal obligations.

We may refuse or cancel an order containing unlawful, abusive, threatening or infringing content.

3. Image quality and artwork checks

We take reasonable care when checking submitted artwork and may contact you if we identify an obvious quality or cropping problem.

Our artwork check does not transfer responsibility for the supplied image or approved personalisation to us. We cannot guarantee that every spelling mistake, unwanted object, low-resolution detail or issue within a customer-supplied image will be identified.

A warning about image quality does not necessarily mean the photograph cannot be printed. The final result depends on the original file, selected print size and viewing distance.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and begin processing it.

We may contact you if information is missing or clarification is required. Production or delivery may be delayed while we wait for your response.

We may cancel and refund an order if:

  • We cannot produce it safely or to an acceptable standard.

  • Required information or artwork is not supplied.

  • A price or product description contains an obvious error.

  • The supplied content is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

5. Prices and payment

The price shown at checkout is the amount payable for the selected products, options and delivery service.

Payment must be successfully authorised before production begins. If a payment is reversed, declined or suspected to be fraudulent, we may suspend or cancel the order.

Promotional offers, including multi-buy offers, are subject to their stated conditions and availability. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

6. Order changes and cancellation

Because personalised products are made specifically for you and may enter production quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

Contact sales@yourimage2canvas.co.uk immediately if you need to amend or cancel an order. If production has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to help.

Personalised and custom-made products do not normally qualify for change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

7. Production and delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

Our next-working-day delivery service is subject to the stated order cut-off times, working days, delivery area, successful payment, suitable artwork and courier availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, unavailable recipients, severe weather, courier disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will still provide any remedy required by law.

Please contact us promptly if an order has not arrived or has arrived damaged.

8. Customer-supplied addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned or delayed because the supplied address was incorrect or incomplete, we may charge reasonable additional delivery costs before sending it again.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact sales@yourimage2canvas.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Where appropriate, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights and our Return and refund policy.

10. Digital products

Where we provide a downloadable digital product, it is supplied for the personal use stated at the time of purchase or download.

You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially reproduce our designs, templates or digital artwork unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

11. Our intellectual property

The website, builder software, layouts, templates, branding, written content and original designs belong to us or our licensors.

You may use the website to create and purchase products for their intended purpose. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer or commercially exploit our website, software, templates or original designs without written permission.

12. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of your statutory rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

13. Privacy

We process personal information and uploaded files as described in our Privacy policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change. The terms applying to your order will normally be those published when the order was placed.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
