Every print is checked and packed by hand in our Yorkshire workshop. If you are not happy with the quality of your print, we will put it right. If we cannot put it right, we will refund it.
Personalised and made to order
Your print is made to the size, format and finish you choose. Personalised products cannot usually be returned simply because you change your mind, so please check your image, crop, size and options before ordering.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or the print quality is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photograph showing the issue. Our workshop team will review it and arrange the most appropriate remedy.
We will normally put things right with a reprint or replacement. If we cannot resolve the quality issue, we will refund it.

If you are unsure whether an image is suitable, contact us before ordering. We are happy to advise on image quality, size and crop.
