Real canvas prints · Our own photographs

We’re proud of
our canvas prints.
Take a look.

We make these prints, and we’re proud to put our name to them. So we take our own photographs, close enough for you to see the print, the sides and the corners.

We’ll happily show off our work whenever we get the chance. You should be able to see what you’re buying before it arrives.

A mock-up won’t show you
the quality.

It could be the best canvas you’ve ever bought, or the worst. Without photographs of the actual print, how would you know?

That’s why we’ve deliberately taken a different approach. We want you to see our work, not just a picture placed into a room scene. You shouldn’t have to open the box and hope you chose well.

We could make
that website, too.

A convincing website is easy.
The work still has to be done.

The canvas that arrives is the part that matters. We want you to see its quality before you order, and get the same care every time you come back. These are our prints, our workshop and the standards we work to.

Come and have
a closer look.

We’re happy for you to look closely. Tap any of these photographs to enlarge it and see the parts of a canvas that a room mock-up leaves out.

01 · THE PRINTED SURFACE

The canvas texture.

We’ve brought the camera right up to a finished print here. You can see the weave of the canvas and the detail in the image for yourself.

We print on 230gsm poly-cotton canvas using professional Epson equipment.

02 · THE SIDES AND CORNERS

The edges and corners.

We take care with the sides and corners because you’ll see them every day on your wall. Here’s how we stretch the canvas around the frame and fold the corners. Nothing is hidden by a room scene.

03 · WHAT IS UNDERNEATH

The frame underneath.

We make the solid pine frames here in our workshop, too. The part you don’t normally see deserves just as much care.

Here they are before we stretch the printed canvas over them. You can see the timber and the joins rather than having to take our word for what’s underneath.

04 · THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT

Checked before packing.

We’re a small team, and we care about what leaves this workshop. We check the image and crop, prepare the sides and look over the finished print before it’s packed. If the photograph needs extra background for the wrap, that can mean extra preparation before printing. It has our name behind it.

You can check your own size, crop and finish in the builder before ordering. See what to check in your own order →

From our workshop

The light isn’t
always perfect.
The prints are real.

We take photographs around the day’s work. Sometimes the light is lovely. Sometimes there are tools on the bench or another order in the background. That’s our workshop.

We’re showing you these pictures because we’re pleased with what we’ve made. We could fill the website with immaculate mock-ups, but they wouldn’t show you the quality of our work. These photographs do.

A photograph still can’t put a canvas in your hands, and colours vary between screens. If you’re looking for a trade printer, we can arrange a sample so you can see and feel the quality yourself.

A little more
about our photos.

These are our prints and our workshop. If there’s something else you’d like to see, just ask us.

Why don’t you use mock-ups to show your canvases?

Because they don’t show the quality of the canvas we make. A mock-up can help you picture a design on a wall, but it can’t show our printing, stretching or corners. We’re proud of that work, so we photograph the real thing.

Are these really prints you’ve made?

Yes. Our product photographs show prints made by us. The AI website example on this page is clearly labelled and is only there to show how convincing a mock-up can look without demonstrating any print quality.

Why do your photos have different lighting?

We take them at different times and in different parts of the workshop, often between orders. They don’t all have the same lighting, but they all let you see the work we’ve actually done.

Can I print artwork I created using AI?

Yes. Send your finished image through the builder just as you would a photograph. We print and make the canvas in the same way.

We’d love to make
your next canvas.
