About these terms
These terms apply when you order from Your Image 2 Canvas, operated by Ultra-Print Ltd. They should be read with our returns, privacy and delivery information.
Your order
Please check the photograph, crop, size, product and finish before submitting your order. We may contact you if the image or selected specification needs attention. An order is accepted when Shopify confirms it and payment has been authorised.
Personalised products
Our prints are made to your specification. You confirm that you have permission to use the image you supply and that producing it will not infringe another person's rights or break the law.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices and any discounts are shown before checkout. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered by Shopify. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; public holidays, remote locations and carrier disruption can add time.
Problems with an order
If an item is damaged, incorrect or the print quality is not right, contact us promptly. Our returns and replacements page explains how we will help.
