Includes your print, selected frame, 2 mm acrylic, backing and VAT. A mount is included when selected. V-groove adds £6.50 per framed print with a mount.

Sizes shown are the print size. The mount and frame add to the finished outside dimensions. For 70 × 100 cm, choose a standard mount or no mount; the oversized mount is unavailable for this size.

What’s included in a framed print?

Your printed photograph, chosen frame, acrylic glazing and backing board. A mount and V-groove are optional. You’ll see the total for your choices in the builder.

Do I need a mount?

No. Choose no mount for an edge-to-edge look, standard for 5 cm of visible border, or oversized for 7 cm. Mount colours are white, black and cream.

What is a V-groove?

It’s a fine cut in the surface of the mount, 1 cm from the picture opening, revealing a 2 mm line of white core. It adds £6.50 per framed print and is available when you choose a mount.

Is the size the print or the whole frame?

It’s the print size. The mount and frame add to the finished outside size, which is shown in the builder. Check that overall size when deciding where it will go.

Can I order any custom measurement?

This range has 20 preset print sizes. For an unusual measurement or an existing artwork, email us before ordering so we can advise.

Does 3 for 2 apply to framed prints?

No. Framed prints are excluded from the canvas and poster mix-and-match offer.

Is delivery free on framed prints?

Yes—free next-working-day delivery is included for UK mainland addresses. Order and pay before 2pm, Monday–Friday, with your photograph ready to print, for same-day dispatch. Arrival is expected the next working day and isn’t guaranteed. Weekends and bank holidays don’t count; remote destinations may take longer and destination supplements can apply. We carefully pack each finished frame in our workshop.
