01 / YOUR WEDDING STORY

The whole day has more than one favourite.

There is the portrait you want to keep. Then there are the people who stood beside you, the hands holding the rings, the flowers, the first dance and a laugh you did not know anyone had photographed.

A wedding collage lets those moments sit together. One photograph can carry the emotion while others add the people, places and details that make the day yours. The result can feel like a small story rather than a folder of favourites left on a screen.

Choose an existing layout, add your own photographs and review the arrangement in our collage creator. When it feels right, order it as one stretched canvas or choose an unframed matte poster.

02 / YOUR WEDDING STORY

Start with the photograph that holds the story.

It is easier to make a strong collage when you choose a main photograph first. It might be a couple portrait, a group you love, or an unplanned moment that catches the feeling of the day.

Then choose the supporting photographs for what they add. A smaller collection of distinct moments can have more impact than several almost identical portraits.

The people. Include the faces that matter to you: family, friends, children and the people who helped make the day. Give group photographs enough room for their expressions to be readable.

The details. Flowers, the venue, a handwritten note or a table setting can connect the photographs without every position containing a face.

The movement. A walk, a dance or a candid embrace can change the rhythm of a layout full of posed pictures.

The quieter moment. A photograph with simpler colours or more space can help a busy collection settle. You do not have to fill every position with the most complicated image.

If you want one photograph to occupy more space, choose a layout that already gives it a larger position. The creator shows the available arrangements; this page does not require you to build a new layout from scratch.

03 / YOUR WEDDING STORY

Choose the number of photographs with the print in mind.

Find your collage layout →

The creator offers layouts with 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13 or 20 photographs. Your selected layout determines the number of positions and the formats available for that arrangement.

For a small canvas, a few larger photographs can keep expressions clear. A broader wedding story can suit a larger print, where the smaller positions have more physical space. The right choice depends on both the layout and what is inside each photograph.

Your collection A useful starting approach
Two or three favourites Give each photograph room to stand on its own.
Four, five or six moments Combine the couple with a few important people or details.
Eight or ten photographs Build a fuller sequence without making every position equally busy.
Thirteen or twenty photographs Consider a larger print and keep small faces and fine details under review.

Twenty photographs on one canvas still make one physical print. They do not count as twenty items for the 3-for-2 offer.

Make each crop earn its place.

The collage background continues around the canvas edge. Review every photo crop, the spacing and the outer border in the creator.

Arrange your wedding photographs →

A portrait may fit one position comfortably and need more adjustment in another. Start with a layout that suits your mix of portrait and landscape photographs, then inspect each position individually.

Keep faces, hands, bouquets and other meaningful details inside the visible crop. Use the creator's adjustment and photo-swap controls to improve the arrangement. A photograph that feels awkward in one position may be happier in another with a different shape or more space.

Use spacing and background to give the collection a consistent rhythm. A quiet background can help photographs with different colours sit together; narrower spacing can make the collection feel more connected. Neither is automatically better. Compare the actual photographs and choose the arrangement you enjoy looking at.

Before you order, view the whole collage and then check each photograph more closely. Look for cut-off faces, repeated images you did not intend, empty positions and tiny details that may be hard to see at the chosen print size.

For deeper image-shape advice, see our wedding-photo crop and size guide.

Choose your collage and finish →

Your collage is printed as one continuous image on 230gsm poly-cotton canvas, stretched over a solid pine frame and finished by hand. The canvas texture and visible depth give the collection a physical presence beyond the screen. The collage background continues around the canvas edges, keeping the photograph arrangement on the front.

Choose the print options available for your selected collage in the creator. The layout and supported sizes determine the choices shown. An outer decorative frame or hanging option, where offered, is an additional choice rather than part of the starting price.

Choose Poster in the same creator for your arrangement printed on 230gsm matte stock. It is supplied unframed, ready for a suitable frame of your own. Check the available fixed print sizes and the frame's insert dimensions before ordering.

Collage prints use the creator's predetermined sizes. For one photograph printed to a custom dimension, use the separate single-photo canvas and poster page.

Made by you. Finished by our workshop.

Solid pine stretcher detail.

Your choices give the collage its meaning. Our job is to make the print properly: print the assembled artwork, finish the canvas over solid pine and check the result before packing.

We have been making personal prints in West Yorkshire since 2007. A real person looks at the supplied artwork and chosen size before production. Starting with good files and checking your own crops are still essential; small or blurred photographs cannot become detailed simply because they sit inside a collage.

The photographs you want in your own home may be different from the ones a parent or grandparent treasures. You can create separate prints for each person, choosing the people and moments that will mean most to them.

Choose three qualifying physical Canvas or Poster prints and the cheapest qualifying base print is free. A wedding collage can be mixed with eligible single-photo prints; the offer applies to physical print items, not the number of photographs inside an arrangement.

Three qualifying A4 collage canvases are £39.98 for the base prints, including standard UK delivery. Optional frames, hanging kits and applicable supplements remain chargeable. The basket confirms the eligible discount for your actual choices.

Use the files your photographs deserve.

Download the highest-resolution wedding files available from your photographer's gallery. For photographs taken on a phone or camera, use the originals where possible. Screenshots, gallery thumbnails and repeatedly shared messaging copies can lose the detail that makes a face readable in print.

The larger positions in a collage need more source detail than the small ones. A tiny file should not automatically become the main feature just because the photograph is a favourite. Consider a different file, a smaller print or a smaller position for that image.

Wedding photographs taken across daylight, interiors and evening celebrations will naturally differ. A shared background and consistent spacing can help them feel connected without trying to make every photograph look identical.

Create, review, then choose your print.

  1. Choose a layout. Pick the number of positions and an arrangement that suits your photographs.
  2. Add and arrange your images. Upload your best files, adjust crops and swap photographs between positions as needed. Choose the spacing and background you prefer.
  3. Review the whole story. Inspect every crop, check the size and format, then order the physical print when you are happy with the arrangement.

The creator also offers a free JPG download if you want to keep a digital copy. A digital JPG is not a physical print and does not qualify for 3 for 2. Canvas and poster orders are separate paid choices.

Give a wedding or anniversary gift time to arrive.

A collage can mark a first anniversary, a new home or a thank-you to someone who shared the day. Choose the photographs for the recipient, and allow some time before the occasion rather than relying on an estimated arrival day.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same working day when the file is ready for production. Most standard UK orders arrive on the next working day after dispatch. Arrival is not guaranteed; bank holidays, address conditions and courier delays can affect the timing.

Your wedding collage questions

Choosing your story

How do I make a wedding collage canvas?

Open the existing collage creator, choose a layout and add the photographs it needs. Adjust each crop, swap photographs between positions and choose spacing and background. Review the arrangement, available print format, size and price before ordering your canvas.

How many wedding photos can I put on one canvas?

The creator offers layouts with 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13 or 20 photograph positions. Choose a layout with the number you want. More photographs can tell a fuller story, but small faces and fine details need enough physical space on the chosen print.

Which photographs make a good wedding collage?

Start with one main photograph you love, then add people, details and moments that contribute something different. A couple portrait, a family group, the flowers and the first dance can give the collection variety. Check that each image works in its position rather than selecting several nearly identical pictures.

Can one wedding photograph be larger than the others?

Choose an existing layout that gives one position more space if you want a main feature photograph. The creator previews the arrangement before you fill it. Select the layout around your pictures; this page does not promise arbitrary resizing of every position.

Can I mix portrait and landscape wedding photographs?

Yes, but the shapes of the positions in your chosen layout still determine the crops. Some photographs will fit more comfortably in particular positions. Preview each image, adjust its crop and swap it to another position if that preserves the people and details better.

Can I mix colour and black-and-white photographs?

You can upload photographs with different colour treatments into the same collage. A mixture can work when the subjects and spacing connect the pictures. If your photographer supplied monochrome edits you like, use those files; a consistent background can help a mixed collection feel settled.

Layout and size

Can I move or replace a photograph after uploading it?

The creator includes controls to adjust a photograph, swap positions, replace an image and remove one from a position. Use those controls to refine the arrangement, then inspect the whole collage and every crop before ordering.

Can I change the spacing and background?

Yes. The existing creator lets you choose spacing and background for your selected layout. Try the options with your actual photographs rather than choosing them in isolation. A quiet background and consistent gaps can help images from different parts of the day sit together.

Which size should I choose for a wedding collage?

Consider both the available wall space and the size of the smallest important photograph. A few large positions can work on a smaller print. A layout with many positions may need a larger canvas for faces and details to remain easy to enjoy. Check the layout and chosen print dimensions together in the creator.

Can I order a custom-size wedding collage?

Collage prints use the creator's predetermined sizes and available formats. Choose from the sizes shown for your selected layout. If you need one photograph printed to your own dimensions, use the separate single-photo Canvas or Poster creator within its supported limits.

Will faces or wedding details be cropped?

Each photograph is fitted to its position, so part of the original image may be outside the visible area. Inspect faces, hands, bouquets and other important details in every crop. Use a different position, layout or photograph when a crop removes something you want to keep.

Print finish and files

What is a wedding collage canvas made from?

The assembled collage is printed as one image on 230gsm poly-cotton canvas, stretched over solid pine and finished by hand in West Yorkshire. Available print options are shown for your selection in the creator. An optional outer frame or hanging choice, where offered, adds to the base price.

Can I order my wedding collage as a poster?

Yes. Choose Poster in the same creator for a paid physical print on 230gsm matte stock. It is supplied unframed. Check the supported size for your layout and the insert dimensions of the frame you plan to use.

What image files should I upload?

Use the original or highest-resolution print downloads you have. Avoid gallery thumbnails, screenshots and repeatedly compressed messaging copies. A photograph filling a larger position needs more detail than one used in a small position. A collage cannot restore detail missing from a blurred source.

Prices and the offer

How much does a wedding collage canvas cost?

Canvas collage base prints start at £14.99 for A5; poster collage base prints start at £5.99 for A5. Standard A-size prices are listed on this page. Choose the actual layout, available size and format in the creator to see the total for your selection and any optional extras.

Does a wedding collage qualify for 3 for 2?

Qualifying physical collage Canvas and Poster prints can be mixed with eligible single-photo prints. The cheapest qualifying base print is free when you choose three eligible physical print items. One collage with several photographs counts as one print item. Upgrades and applicable supplements remain chargeable; free digital JPGs are excluded.

Digital copy and delivery

Can I download the wedding collage before ordering a print?

The creator offers a free JPG download, so you can keep a digital copy of the collage. A physical canvas or poster is a separate paid choice. Inspect the artwork and all crops before ordering; a downloaded JPG is not a separate print item for the 3-for-2 offer.

How quickly will my wedding collage print arrive?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same working day when the artwork is ready for production. Most standard UK orders arrive the next working day after dispatch, although arrival is not guaranteed. Check current delivery details and allow time before a wedding or anniversary gift occasion.
