Word Art
Can you print a poem I have written?
By Your Image 2 Canvas
Yes. Choose The Poem in our Word Art creator, then add your title, poem and sign-off. Your line breaks and blank lines between verses are kept, so the words can read the way you intended.

It does not have to be a long poem or something written professionally. A few lines for a partner, a parent or a friend can make a very personal print.
Bring the words before the decoration
Keep a copy of the poem in a note, with the line breaks already in place. Read it aloud before pasting it into the creator. That is often the quickest way to notice a missing word or a pause that needs its own line.
Our original example, “Everyday love”, has two short verses. We entered the blank line between them and a separate sign-off, then chose Nyght Serif typography.

Let a longer line breathe
In The Poem, longer lines become smaller to fit their space. The wording is kept. If one line looks noticeably small, add a deliberate line break and check whether the poem still reads naturally.
You can change the available palette and typography, but the template provides the overall composition. It does not add a floral painting or create a new illustration around the verse.
Choose a look that suits the message
The two poem examples use exactly the same words, line breaks and type. One uses White & black; the other uses Forest. Try your actual verse in the choices offered by the design, then read the smallest line as well as the title.
If you have a short dedication beneath a name rather than a full poem, you might prefer The Initial. It has its own fields for an initial, names, supporting line and optional date.

Read it once more before finishing
Check the final artwork against your original words. Then choose a free JPG or a paid canvas or poster in the creator. The JPG is a finished image; keep your original text for later changes. Posters are supplied unframed.
For a custom illustrated poem, follow our AI design guide instead. Those illustrated versions are separate from The Poem template. Once checked, upload your finished artwork for printing.
From artwork to a finished canvas
These photographs from our Word Art page show real finished prints and their physical finish. They are existing workshop examples, separate from the fictional designs we made for this guide.

See the Word Art print options when you are ready to choose the format. Posters are supplied unframed; a floating frame is an optional canvas extra.
For more available app layouts, see our Word Art design guide. Custom AI alternatives are in the optional examples below.
