Ways to display and use your treasured wedding prints
Your wedding prints are a gorgeous reminder of your special day – the dress and guests’ dressed in their best attire, friends and family having a lovely time, and of course the bride and groom saying their vows.
Don’t leave those pictures simply gathering dust in a box on a shelf; we’ve got a bunch of ideas on how to display or utilise your photos in fun and interesting ways.
1. Canvas prints
A romantic wedding photo looks divine printed onto canvas – or you can go one better and opt for a box canvas that looks like it’s floating inside the frame.
2. Photo garland
For the creative amongst you, you might fancy making a photo garland and popping it on the wall. There are plenty of tutorials online and you can choose from a variety of materials to make up the garland, so you can make sure it matches your interior decor!
3. Photo prints
Traditionalists might want to stick to good old fashioned photo prints, after all sometimes it’s nice to get back to basics and focus on executing it really well. You can get them printed and pop them in a gorgeous frame to hang up in your bedroom to remind you of the special day.
4. Digital albums
For a modern approach, compile your best photographs together in a digital album and send copies of them off to all your guests.
5. Thank you cards
Is there a better way to thank your wedding guests than by sending them a thank you card
with an image from your wedding day printed on the front? We think that
any guest would love this as a keepsake of your special day.
6. Poster prints
Of all your wedding prints, which one
is just begging to be blown right up? Choose a group shot or a funny
snap to make it into a poster print; you can pop it in a frame for a more grown up and classy poster than the ones you had on your wall as a teenager!
7. Wedding photo box
For a sentimental keepsake, this item ticks all the boxes (pardon the pun). With a stunning photo print on the top, you can keep all your special keepsakes from the day in this box and take it out for a trip down memory lane whenever you like.
Now it’s time to gather up your wedding prints and get your thinking cap on, ready to make some beautiful displays.
